How should I setup the artwork for these products?

All orders requiring artwork must be sent in as Black and White CAMERA READY vector art.

For Four Color Artwork (ColorBrite items), please send vector files in Adobe Illustrator format. Artwork must be @ 100% (final size) or larger. Imprint areas are listed in the product description. ALL FONTS MUST BE CONVERTED TO OUTLINES, CURVES OR PATHS (VECTOR). IF SUPPLYING IMAGE FILES, FONTS NEED TO BE RASTERIZED. Design needs to be a solid shape without soft edges, transparencies or overprints.

 

IMPRINT: Adobe Illustrator - CC or lower Photoshop - All EPS, TIFF, PDF files (layered if possible) They must be 600 dpi or higher at 100% of final size or larger.

 

DIGITAL LABELS: Colors must be CMYK. Not all RGB or LAB colors can be rendered in CMYK properly. 4 color process grays, should be created from black, or they may produce undesired results in CMYK. The percentage must not be below 18%, or it may not print. Blues need to have a difference of 35% or more between Cyan and Magenta. If not, they will print purple.

 

 

Do my fonts need to be outlined?

All fonts must be converted to outlines, curves, or paths (Vector). If supplying image files, fonts need to be rasterized.

What type of files do you accept for these promo products?

We can accept .eps, .jpg, and .pdf, depending on imprint selection. The preflight system currently accepts .pdf files, but these are not ideal.

 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT: Gif files, Page layout files such as Quark or Pagemaker, Word processing documents such as MS Word/Power Point, Photocopies or PMT�s of photocopies, business cards, letterheads, fax transmissions, etc. (These formats are too low of a quality to ensure you a quality imprint.)

Are there templates for these products for customers to download and use to design their artwork?

 The website offers templates for select products. Promotional products come in different shapes and sizes. Which can result in different imprint types and imprint setups. Please refer to the product imprint area and method section to find accurate imprint sizes.

Can I print multiple locations on a product?

Only single side prints are available at this time. Color is dependant on print method. Adding additional imprint areas may be made available in the future.

What colors are available?

Different products use different imprint methods. For more information please see Artwork Requirements 

Are custom orders available?

Not at this time. Future plans may expand options available for products.

What are the Turnaround Times on promo products?

Each product has its own expected time in production. This information is available at the time of ordering (Lead Time).

Production does not begin until the order is submitted and sent to production. If a PDF proof is requested, the estimated in hands date will delay until approved.

Do you offer Proofs?

Yes, we offer PDF Proofs.

 

 This proof is designed to give a better understanding of the final product and is meant to be used for representational purposes only. The final product may not necessarily reflect the same design, as proper scaling, proportions and color cannot be accurately maintained. Please check for spelling and any other design modifications before approving.

Shipping

Can I group ship orders?

All items in cart will ship to a single location. If items need to be sent to different locations, separate orders for each location will need to placed.

Which Shipping Carrier(s) do you use?

We currently use UPS as our primary carrier to ship out orders.

Will Local Delivery and Pick Up be available?

No. All orders must ship by UPS.
